Included credits are granted when a plan starts and again at each monthly renewal; what is left lapses at the end of the period. Free accounts get their credits at the start of each calendar month. Every plan can use the same features: agents, crons, webhooks, sub-agents, the MCP server and the API. Plans differ only in included credits.
One-time payments of €5, €20, €50, available on every plan, credited 1:1 as usage credits (€20 adds $20; no currency conversion). They never expire and are spent after the included credits.
Usage on our keys is capped at $25.00 per account and day (resets 00:00 UTC) to protect you from a runaway cron. A run that exhausts your credits or the daily cap is stopped and you are charged only for what it used; a stopped run may overrun by up to $0.05. If a renewal payment fails, the account falls back to Free until it is paid; prepaid credits stay.

Polar is the merchant of record for every purchase: it sells the plan or top-up to you in its own name, issues the invoice and handles the VAT of your country. Card and billing details are stored with Polar, not with us. Prices are in EUR and shown as final prices including VAT where it applies; business customers can enter their VAT ID at checkout. Invoices are available in the billing portal.
Plans renew monthly. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal (Settings → Billing → Manage in Polar); the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU, FAGG): you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Credits and plan access are provided immediately after payment. By purchasing you request that the service starts before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, and that for a partially used plan or top-up you owe the value of the usage already consumed. Outside that right, payments are non-refundable; unused prepaid credits are not paid out. Contact for withdrawals and billing questions: see the imprint.
